2. We offer the best shipping option depending on your location and the nature of the order. Shipping costs are dependent on the destination of the order and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

3. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination. Within Belgium and the Netherlands, the delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery may take between 5-15 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking information provided. Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to become available.

1. Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period via support@derma-lab.eu. You may use the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement for this purpose.

2. Return Conditions & Condition of Products: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging when returned. Items that are not returned in this condition may not be eligible for a refund. Ensure that the returned products are well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.

3. Return Procedure & Contact: Please contact our customer service at support@derma-lab.eu to register the return. You will receive instructions on how to return the products. 4. Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned products, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. If the products do not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss further steps.

5. Exceptions
Sealed Products: For products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Items that are damaged or not returned in full may not be eligible for a refund.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via support@derma-lab.eu. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Money Back Guarantee: For the large treatment course of 6 Micro Infusion Treatments, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us via email at support@derma-lab.eu, including a photo of the product before use, as well as a photo after each application, to show that no skin improvement can be observed. Our professionals will then review it, and if it turns out that the Micro Infusion Treatment has not improved your skin, you will be refunded the initial purchase amount.
